Par pasākumu
In this course you will learn all the basics to start dancing exotic pole dance.
How to hold the pole (grips), how to shift the weight, spins, turns, main steps, plasticity (detalisation/isolation/waves), emotions expression. You will learn dance routine based on the technique.
Schedule - Monday/Wednesday 12:00-13:15
On Mondays - classes focused more on theory, on Wednesdays - practicing the theory from Monday.
You don't need heels to start training. But it is great if you have kneepads.
